OTTO GOURMET has the highest recommendation rate of all meat retailers

The company ServiceValue GmbH carried out an independent consumer survey on behalf of Bild, in which the Heinsberg meat delivery company OTTO GOURMET came out as the best company in the industry with “Highest Recommendation”. The survey took place in December 2023 and January 2024. The study included over 500.000 consumer reviews.

“Feel free to recommend us!” Personal advice and experiences from friends are still considered important arguments when making decisions in the purchasing process. This applies even more to sensitive products and especially to food.

An independent survey by ServiceValue GmbH has now shown that the Heinsberg online meat retailer OTTO GOURMET is the company in the industry with the highest recommendation rate. Consumers were asked the following question: “Would you recommend or advise against the following companies/brands to your friends, relatives or colleagues?” OTTO GOURMET was able to prevail against thirteen competitors.

Managing director Stephan Otto was also pleased by the great response from consumers: “Meat is a matter of trust. Always! We strive for the greatest possible transparency within the company and offer the best meat qualities on the market. Our new, sustainable cellulose-based packaging, which still ensures complete compliance with the cold chain, is also very well received by customers. We are pleased with the results of this study and with the great support from our customers.”
