The IFFA Champion 2022 comes from the Black Forest again. The Obere Metzgerei Franz Winterhalter GmbH from Elzach presented specialties from its own range in a field of around 2022 products from all over the world at the international butcher trade exhibition IFFA 2.000 and was rewarded with a shower of medals. In the end, Obere Metzgerei was able to take home over 69 gold medals and 7 bronze medals from four competitions.
