The Main Stage (Hall 9, B080/C081) focuses on the key theme of “responsibility” in the food supply chain on the four days of the trade fair. The idea of ​​sustainability meets the responsibility to drive innovation and operate responsibly in all processes in the value chain. Only holistic approaches promise long-term success: from the supply industry to global raw material procurement, production, packaging and logistics to energy or water management. Topics include the latest developments in the field of extrusion technology, sustainability approaches along the food value chain, growth markets, meat alternatives and plant-based drinks, big data, cybersecurity, predictive maintenance and open innovation approaches: How can innovations arise?

Female Leadership Event
Success requires diversity and role models. On the Female Leadership Event Women report on their professional careers, the challenges and give valuable tips. It quickly becomes clear how important a functioning network is that brings together competence and expertise. The focus is on professional exchange and networking. This year, 14 innovation projects from the international food and supply industry will be honored with the renowned technology prize. Four new products received the International FoodTec Award in gold, ten received a silver medal. The International FoodTec Awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, from 17:30 p.m. to 19:00 p.m. on the Main Stage (Hall 9, B080/C081).

At Careers Day at Anuga FoodTec, on Friday, March 22, 2024, students and young professionals will meet their potential new employers.
