Listeria: several companies affected

Wilke, Fleisch-Krone, butcher Lay, butcher Eckhoff. They all have something in common - samples contaminated with listeria were found here in the past few weeks - the result was a partial shutdown of production up to the complete, permanent closure of production and the entire company. Since the problem with listeria has not been an isolated case in recent weeks, it cannot be ruled out that the contamination comes from the meat suppliers / slaughterhouses.
