The spice specialist from Kulmbach not only provides successful recipes with "myRAzept", but also supports the craft sector as the first in the industry with a free recipe platform that provides automatic declaration suggestions and nutritional value calculations. The application is available as a desktop version for the computer and as a mobile app for tablet and smartphone.
Butchers have been appreciating the recipe collection from RAPS for years, which now includes a considerable number of recipes. Now, with "myRAzept", the company launches an evolved and thoroughly redesigned recipe platform, which also makes the detailed instructions mobile applicable: from the production of meat products through the preparation of stir-fries to ideas for meat dishes, salads, delicacies and desserts for lunch and catering business , The ingredients can be calculated automatically - either in relation to the total quantity or the quantity of a particular ingredient - and are presented in list form or subdivided according to basic material, insert material and addition. In addition, a shop function is integrated with which RAPS items can be ordered directly. Among the biggest benefits are the suggestions for the uniform, correct labeling for declaration and nutritional value calculation, which are automatically calculated for the RAPS recipes as well as for the self-made recipes.

The automatic calculation of the quantities and meat proportions for the QUID labels also makes everyday work easier and saves a lot of time. All lists and recipes can be exported individually in PDF format and accessed directly in the butcher's kitchen using the "myRAzept" app on the tablet or smartphone. Maximilian Settele also appreciates the fact that he can adapt or supplement the RAPS recipes individually and that he has plenty of freedom to create, save and print his own recipes. In the digital age, he can conveniently access it on all platforms. The entire team is well equipped to advise end customers on questions about ingredients or allergens.
