Peppery-crunchy barbecue pleasure - the new Lafiness Premium Marinade makes people sit up and take notice

Not only with unicorns, also in fashion or on the plate: you can't get around "pink" at the moment. At AVO comes with the Lafiness Premium Pink Pepper the color trend also on the grill. The basis for this is red pepper - better known to experts as the Schinus fruit of the Brazilian pepper trees - which conjures up a fine peppery-spicy note on meat, fish or vegetables. On top of that, the gently frozen and finely granulated grains or berries of the Schinus fruit create a crunch that you not only feel but also hear when biting into the grilled food. A marinade that already has what it takes to become a future classic because it appeals to all the senses and has a convincing taste. 

As with all Lafiness Premium products, customers can rely on fine spices, the finest sea salt and high-quality rapeseed oil as the basic ingredients.

New seasoning mixes for sophisticated grilling pleasure
The range of cuts in terms of beef is getting wider and wider, flank steak or hanging tender are now joining the well-known T-bone. There are also new avant-garde trends from Spain, such as presa, a neck piece of the Iberico pig or cuscino, the little lid from the shovel bone of the pork shoulder. To go with this, AVO offers a variety of new dry seasonings that are suitable for barbecuing, such as Black garlic or Black Aged Pepper Red and BBQ smoked peppers

Black Garlic and Black Aged Pepper are already known as premium marinades and have enjoyed great popularity in the AVO Lafiness portfolio since day one. The special thing about Black Garlic is the fermentation process of the garlic. This gives the cloves their unique deep black color and a special variety of aromas, the garlic note is milder after fermentation. Black Aged Pepper is also fermented, but with sea salt. It is native to Sri Lanka and Cambodia and grows in natural mountain and jungle landscapes. Harvested by hand and mixed with sea salt, the essential oils of the pepper are completely transformed and a whole new, nuanced pepper aroma is created. 

The eponymous smoky character of the smoked paprika will delight all fans of the original American BBQ. The tradition of smoking paprika requires a great deal of finesse, as the smoky note should complement the fruit's aromas, but not overpower them. This is precisely why AVO relies on top quality in the raw materials in order to be able to offer an excellent taste experience in the end. 

The new seasonings are not only suitable for beef or pork, they are also a welcome upgrade for fresh bratwurst, poultry or fish. Grilled potatoes, seasoned with Black Garlic, plus a vegan meat salad based on Vegavo salad mayonnaise and the barbecue evening is also perfect for vegetarians.
