Weber shows highly efficient processing and finishing solutions

Whether for trade, medium-sized companies or industry, the portfolio of Weber Maschinenbau has always offered the right solution for professional and safe cutting processes as well as for the precise and efficient processing and packaging of meat and sausage products for over forty years. At the SÜFFA, Weber will be demonstrating this in Hall 9 Stand 9A40 using various exhibits – including several innovations and new products.

The SÜFFA trade visitors can expect a brand-new solution for the external finishing of various cuts of beef, pork, poultry and game, for example: With the Weber AMS 400 Eco skinning machine, tendons and fleece are separated from the valuable muscle meat precisely and safely. The compact skinning machine is the perfect entry-level model for professional skinning and is therefore the ideal machine for craft businesses. And they benefit in two ways: on the one hand through the external refinement for an attractive product presentation in the sales counter, on the other hand through a significant increase in their added value. This is achieved through the refinement itself and thus a higher sales price, through the reduction in processing time and the reduction in operating costs. In addition to its excellent processing quality, the AMS 400 Eco is also characterized by high energy efficiency, since, for example, the use of expensive compressed air is completely dispensed with. Another highlight at the Weber booth is a dismantling solution for trade, medium-sized businesses and industry. On the basis of customer requirements, the Weber experts have developed a complete workplace including a cutting table and suspended derinder and are presenting this for the first time at SÜFFA. The advantages of this dismantling solution are the particularly compact installation area with simultaneous enlargement of the workplace as well as the possibility of quick and easy switching between processing with or without a derinder.

And also in the area of processing and packaging solutions for sliced products, the system provider Weber is showing two exhibits at the SÜFFA especially for craft businesses. With the weSLICE 1000, Weber is presenting a compact slicer that impresses with its excellent cutting quality and is specially tailored to the production of cold cuts in the trade - robust, powerful and easy to operate. The successor model to the 302, 304 and 305 slicer series is also particularly flexible, as it can optionally be equipped with castors and can therefore be used on various workstations. In addition, Weber will be exhibiting the wePACK 7000 thermoforming packaging machine, which thanks to the modular system can be tailored to the individual needs of trade, medium-sized companies and industry. The SÜFFA exhibit is a real customer machine that was configured entirely according to customer requirements, for example in terms of performance and length. Despite the compact design, this wePACK variant is extremely flexible: With a maximum drawing depth of 150 mm, different types of packs can be produced, from pure transport or bulk consumer packs to self-service rigid film packs. Everything that is necessary for maximum efficiency and attractive product presentation can be conveniently obtained from Weber from a single source.
