Career start for 80 junior staff
For the new training year, 42 trainees and 15 students on a dual course of study are starting their professional lives at the MULTIVAC Group's headquarters. A further 23 young people are starting their training at one of the group's other production sites in Germany and Austria. As a major training company, the MULTIVAC Group offers a total of around 175 trainees and more than 30 dual students excellent career prospects in an international environment.
Whether industrial mechanic, technical system planner, digitalization management clerk or industrial clerk: the MULTIVAC Group's training offering includes more than ten professions in the commercial, technical, commercial and IT sectors. The 15 new students have decided on a dual bachelor's or master's degree, which they will complete at the universities in Bavaria, the DHBW Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen or at the Technical University of Central Hesse - including in the courses of business administration, food and packaging technology, Business informatics, data science and artificial intelligence, mechatronics and mechanical engineering. This year there will once again be an introductory week for all young talent in the Allgäu with various training courses, such as the basics of packaging technology, plant and fire protection, IT processes and modern work, as well as an outdoor team event.

13 young people are currently starting their training at the production site in Lechaschau, Austria. A total of ten new trainees are starting their careers at the group's German production sites: at MULTIVAC Marking & Inspection (Enger), at MULTIVAC Resale & Service (Nettetal), at TVI (Bruckmühl) and FRITSCH (Markt Einersheim).
