Geiser is a specialized supplier of meat and meat products for the gastronomy market in Switzerland. With this takeover, the continued supply of existing customers is ensured. In addition, new logistics routes for the delivery of fresh seafood and meat specialties are opening up for customers.
The Geiser AG belongs to Bell Schweiz AG, the leading meatand seafood suppliers in Switzerland. The takeover will take place on November 1, 2023. All employees will be taken over. It was agreed not to disclose the modalities of the takeover.
