From October 21st to 23rd, Bizerba will be presenting at this year's SÜFFA in Hall 7, Stand A30 at Messe Stuttgart under the motto “Shape your future. Today” a powerful portfolio. The highlights include three new device types in the area of cutting technology alone: the entry-level VSV version, the automatic versions of the VSP series and the MBP bone saw. But the latest weighing technology is also not neglected: with two shop scales from the Q1 series and the counter scale K3 800, Bizerba is presenting its current flagships in this area - as well as its mobile-capable software solutions for retail.

A complete portfolio for all needs
The demands placed on food businesses are becoming more and more diverse - there is less room than ever for compromises, especially when it comes to quality and freshness. Accordingly, Bizerba is presenting its high-quality range of cutting machines for all areas of application in the butchery trade at this year's SÜFFA - from the entry-level version to the automatic cutting machine with a conveyor belt, with the highest standards of performance, hygiene and flexibility.

Included for the first time is the new VSV cutting machine, which was specifically designed as a device with a focus on basic functions. In addition, Bizerba is presenting no fewer than four devices from its proven VSP series when it comes to vertical cutting machines: each in a standard version with a knife with a diameter of 330 millimeters and in the compact version with a diameter of 280 millimeters and a reduced range of options for working environments with limited space. With the two offshoot machines VSP A (semi-automatic) and VSP F (fully automatic), the interested public also has the opportunity to take a look at the new automated variants of the VSP, which previously only worked manually and which follow in the tradition of the proven vertical cutting machines VS12 A and VS12 D .

Easy to use, highest standards
The devices in the VSP series not only work highly effectively, but also efficiently: the energy-saving motors use energy with emotion®Technology only uses as much power as you need to process the cuttings. The design of the VSP, with the machine housing made of anodized aluminum, is also designed for the highest hygiene standards and particularly easy operation. With their universal carriages, the devices in the VSP series prove to be the means of choice for processing small and medium-sized items. In addition, the machine can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly thanks to tool-free dismantling of the dishwasher-safe Ceraclean components - essential for compliance with even the strictest cleanliness requirements.

For craft businesses with the highest requirements, Bizerba will also be showing its fully automatic vertical cutting machine VSI FT with conveyor belt and connected strip cutter ICP. The device is ideal for line solutions in conjunction with other cutting machines, but also packaging machines, interleavers and tray dispensers for medium production quantities - even where space is limited. Thanks to the protection class IPx5, the VSI is also protected against hose water and can therefore be cleaned easily and without leaving any residue thanks to its special housing shape. The cutting machine therefore offers precision and cutting to the most precise target weight even at higher throughput volumes. The portfolio presented is rounded off with the MBP meat and bone saw, which will also be presented for the first time at SÜFFA.

Shop scales for crafts
Bizerba will also be showing digital shop scale solutions for the trade. The highlight in this area is the K3 800 counter scale in conjunction with the pre-order app MyOrder and the digital voucher solution VoucherSystem. The intuitive user interface with capacitive multi-touch technology makes it easier to use for both the operator and the customer. The use of third-party software is also possible without any problems. The camera-based freshness control also allows automatic price reductions. Combined with a cash drawer, the K3 800 counter scale becomes a technologically advanced and efficient cash register solution. At SÜFFA, the device will be shown in conjunction with the Glory CI-10 cash recycling system.

The innovative shop scales of the Q1 series are ideal for sales, self-service and price labeling - and Bizerba is showing two devices from the series at SÜFFA: the Q1 100 desk scale and the Q1 800 counter scale. With their large touchscreen with an intuitive interface, the Q1 scales offer an ideal user experience for staff and customers. The modular hardware and software concept of the Q1 series offers a wealth of options for a wide variety of applications. Printers and displays can be exchanged quickly and easily via plug & play. Thanks to the resilient metal hinges and the linerless cutter technology used, the Q1 printer impresses with its robustness and longevity: 500.000 cuts are possible without the need to replace cutting-related components.

The KH II 800 Pro counter scale is also part of the portfolio shown, which offers all the functions that a contemporary fresh food counter must offer: weighing at the counter and in the self-service area, price labeling and pre-packaging as well as cashiering, but also the display of multimedia content, for example for cross selling or price promos.

Retail software for mobile use
On the software side, Bizerba also offers visitors the opportunity to experience first-hand the latest version of the powerful merchandise management system CWS2 at two workstations, which will be demonstrated at the Bizerba stand as a comprehensive solution in conjunction with the GLPmaxx 80 label printer for price labeling and merchandise management.

CWS2 is designed for butchers, bakeries, grocery stores as well as delicatessen, organic and farm shops. The software supports purchasing from the order, goods receipt recording, invoice reconciliation, the delivery business including the creation of offers, requirements and picking lists and delivery notes to invoices and open item management - with the CWSApp also via mobile devices, and across platforms with a variety of modules. Ordering goods in branches, but also from suppliers and customers, is possible flexibly. The app also allows inventories to be carried out using manually supplied input, such as a scanner or mobile camera - even with several people at the same time. The app can also actively send notifications so that no information is lost.
