The spice expert RAPS is presenting an offer that combines tradition and trend at SÜFFA 2023 at stand 9C20. The company is celebrating the 40th anniversary of its MARINOX range with the new “Truffle Cheese” flavor and is also showing how spice foil and other seasoning components contribute to the success of creative sausage and meat products. In keeping with the veggie trend, RAPS also offers vegetarian and vegan alternatives, such as the all-in-one mix “Plantfix Chicken Style” or the “Easy Cheesy” grilled cheese compound. With the 40th anniversary of the MARINOX range, RAPS is celebrating a real milestone. Four decades ago, the company presented MARINOX, the first convenience marinade in Germany, ushering in a major trend in the industry. The latest creations represent the next generation of emulsion marinades: cleaner, more modern and improved recipes. This also includes the “Truffle Cheese Style” variety, which delights gourmets with onions, cracked pepper, cheese powder and a tempting truffle note. With the “Easy Cheesy” grilled cheese compound, another meatless specialty enriches the shop counter in no time. On the grill or When cooked in a pan, the product becomes crispy on the outside, but the inside remains soft, meaning there are no squeaks when eaten.
