For this reason, random sample audits will also take place in QS-certified companies this year - in the period from mid-June to the end of November. The costs for these random checks are borne by QS.
To protect against the spread of the corona virus, the auditors carry out the random sample audits with particular attention to hygiene rules. QS has provided concrete recommendations for action on the information portal on the coronavirus. The scope of the random sample audits is limited to the essentials, so that the duration of the audits can be limited and personal contact can be reduced. In this way, both scheme participants and the QS scheme can demonstrate their ability to function in this special situation.
