Hygienic stacking corners make the difference

For the transport and storage of food, stackable containers for repeated use must be as durable and robust as possible, but above all food-safe and hygienically designed in such a way that no contamination of goods occurs when the containers are stacked on top of each other for space-saving storage.

With conventional stacking containers made of stainless steel, it can often be observed that the open stacking corners inside the container cause contamination when the containers are stacked on top of each other. Dirt and water can then penetrate unhindered via the stacking feet.

Stackable containers from MOHN's Highline series reduce the risk of food contamination many times over thanks to specially developed stacking corners with contamination protection and hygienic stacking feet that are precisely adapted to the stacking corners. The stacking feet are protected on the outside by the contamination protection on the stacking corners of the containers. Thanks to the solid stacking corners, safe handling and placing the containers on top of each other is no problem. Not even if the surrounding edge of the container, which is made of robust solid material, is damaged.

Stackable containers from MOHN's Highline series comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ensure hygienic product manufacture. MOHN manufactures the volume and the required load capacity for the number of containers to be stacked, individually tailored to the customer's needs and the intended use.
