The new production technology innovation from AVO is the Liq-Würz plant cream for poultry sausage products. As part of intensive research, AVO has succeeded in developing a special plant cream based on valuable rapeseed oil. Their specific properties enable the exchange of animal fats in the production of tasty poultry sausages. Depending on the recipe, up to 20 percent of animal fat can be replaced.

Due to the even distribution of the flavoring components in the plant cream, the flavor can fully develop in the sausage meat. The special composition of the plant cream also ensures a structure of the sausage meat, which in the end product fully corresponds to the bite of a sausage, which consumers appreciate, or the spreadability of a liver sausage. In addition to a special seasoning, cutter aids and reddening aids are also included in the AVO plant cream, so that only salt has to be added in industrial production. Everything together guarantees a safe, standardized manufacturing process.

Ideally, the AVO plant creams enable the production of poultry sausage products according to the guidelines of the Verband Lebensmittel ohne Gentechnik eV (vlog) and can also be used in the production of sausage products according to the corresponding Halal requirements.
