Krosse breadcrumbs in the consumer trend

Four fix & ready-to-eat crispy batter breadings are new to the AVO range. With a cross and crunchy texture, schnitzel, chops, cordon bleu, poultry pieces and molded products can be breaded for a varied range of counters, snacks and catering options with little expenditure of time. The new crispy breadcrumbs are available in the versions “ready-to-use”, “colored, ready-to-use”, “ready-to-use curry”, each of which contains a portion of salt, and the “yellow” crispy breading, which does not contain salt. The production of the new crispy breadcrumbs is based on a special process. The particularly crispy and crunchy consistency offers plenty of scope for individual taste creations.

All AVO breadcrumbs can be easily processed by hand or on ramparts.
