Everything about spices now online too

The customer magazine "pepper" of the Association of the Spice Industry is now available online for all who are interested in herbs and spices. Since 2007, the magazine has been informing about spices, herbs, good food (we confess: the emphasis is on everything that should be spiced well) and last but not least about the technology used in the processing of herbs and spices.
As with the print edition, the editorial office Kerstin Rubel is responsible for the text and image editing. Only in April, pfeffer-Magazin won a special prize for a "great performance on a small budget" at the media-V Awards ceremony. We think that you can also look at the new online magazine, which - we hope - will give you pleasure in reading, a pinch of wanderlust and above all an appetite for the good herbs and spices.
