RAPS launches new seminar series around counter highlights

In half-day courses at 10 locations, master butchers provide impetus for creative counter, catering and lunch dishes as well as tips for the contemporary production of cooked cured products. Kulmbach, October 2019: The focus of the new seminar series "ZART & SAFTIG" from RAPS is application examples for the refinement and refinement of popular classics for the hot and cold counter, seasonal counter highlights and practical tips for sous-vide convenience. The production of cooked cured products with the latest generation of pesticides will also be an issue.

How RAPS products make classics simple and safe, and how they add variety to their range with variants or specialties, is conveyed by the RAPS experts in compact, three-hour afternoon units. Attendees will receive valuable tips on sous vide convenience and inspiration for easy-to-implement catering and lunch dishes. Matching packaging examples as well as environmentally friendly alternatives are provided by cooperation partner BATANIA. The shared dinner offers the opportunity to network. The seminar fee of 49 Euro (plus VAT) includes the participation including seminar documents as well as the dinner. In November 2019 there are still places available for the seminars in Seligenstadt and Hohenweststedt. Next year, the speakers of RAPS, all experienced master butchers, will present their half-day program in Pulsnitz, Selbitz, Rohrdorf, Burgau, Hettenleidelheim, Papenburg, Hildesheim and Dorsten.
