Hot off the press appeared: the new QA Report meat and meat products, 2 / 2016 can be immediately read in the media catalog of the QS website and downloaded.
In the current issue you deal with the question of whether it is possible to make a meaningful animal health index from very different findings data ante- and post-mortem inspection. Together with Prof. Dr. Krieter of the University of Kiel an animal health index is being developed that will meet this requirement.
