Craft vacuum cutter completes the Hygienic Secure series
K+G Wetter completes the Hygienic Secure series with a craft vacuum cutter: The compact VCM 70 shines with hygiene features that have been impressing customers for years. As a Hygienic Secure Cutter, the VCM 70 has the patented removable knife cover strip. This can be removed and reinserted in one easy step for cleaning. This enables perfect cleaning of this hygiene-critical area. The special design also allows the strip to move vertically: for less abrasion and braking effect on the bowl.
Large cleaning flaps in the compact machine make the area under the cutter bowl optimally visible and accessible for cleaning. Thanks to the special design, there is no seal between the boiler and the cutter bowl. The result: no germs in hidden corners.
On the technical side, the vacuum cutter supports the daily work in craft businesses with well thought-out features: For example, the knife and bowl speeds can be ideally adjusted to the respective product thanks to the continuously variable drive (STL).
Working with the craft cutter becomes even easier when using the CutControl recipe management: The software saves the recipes for the company's specialties and guides you through the manufacturing process step by step. Switch-off functions such as temperature, time or bowl revolutions are defined for each work step: for reliably high product quality.
