The finished meatballs are fluffy, juicy and, thanks to the precisely balanced mixture of spices with onions, pepper and nutmeg, have a hearty taste. VAN HEES offers its VANTASIA®Metzger Meatballs Quick oG especially for the classic butcher meatball, which not only ensures a perfect consistency, but also gives it the typical strong taste with its coarse onion granules and ground pepper.
The right breading turns cutlet meat, chops and pieces of chicken breast into crispy delicacies. VANTASIA® Panier-Quick NP 50 oGAF is used to ensure that this succeeds reliably and easily. The product is available as seasoned breading and as a liquid, ready-to-use wet breading and guarantees not only the typical taste, but also optimal adhesion of the breading to the meat. The batter is an excellent alternative to egg.
