RAPS launches new product range
The new product range from spice experts RAPS gives gratinated meat, fish, vegetables and cheese an appealing crunch. The crispy crusts in the three varieties "Garlic Pepper", "Garden Herbs" and "Tomatino" take the spicy taste of summer into the autumn and winter season. The ready-to-use pastes are vegan, palm oil-free, without additives that have to be declared or yeast extract and encourage creative dishes for the counter.
Whether spicy, aromatic or with a fine herbal note: the new crispy crusts are available now and ensure moments of pleasure from the oven during the cold season. The easy handling of the ready-to-use pastes makes them versatile. Vegan and vegetarian dishes can also be easily refined, as the crispy crusts are made from purely plant-based ingredients.
The yellow crispy "garlic pepper" crust is characterized by a spicy-peppery taste. The green variety "Garden Herbs" provides fine herbal aromas. The crispy crust "Tomatino" opens up the Mediterranean world of taste with a fruity tomato taste, a hint of basil and a bright red colour.
Without additives that have to be declared, without palm oil
The crispy crusts are palm oil-free and made from rapeseed oil, which means that this range meets RAPS' sustainability standards. White bread granules, rice semolina and various dried herbs develop an attractive crunchy texture when baked.
A variety of recipe ideas with the latest products, but also with the well-known bestsellers from RAPS can be found in the myRAzept recipe app. Here, for example, a pork steak with a crispy “garlic and pepper” crust, herder cheese with “tomatino” paste or salmon fillet with a crispy “garden herb” finish provide inspiration for new creations.
