New RAPS Magic marinades
Kulmbach, February 2023: The two new Magic Marinades from the spice expert RAPS ensure a barbecue season with tasty highlights in the barbecue counter: the apple-hibiscus variety brings fruity-fresh aromas, Roast Chicken Style comes with spicy fried chicken vibes. The two newcomers join the now 40 varieties in the palm oil-free and declaration-friendly Magic range and whet the appetite for new taste adventures.
With fruity notes, the apple-hibiscus marinade awakens fresh summer feelings. For this creation, the RAPS flavor experts have combined apple powder and ground hibiscus blossoms with spicy black cumin, smoked salt and paprika. A touch of orange oil completes the composition. The seasoning is ideal for marinating grilled beef, pork, poultry and lamb, as well as fish and vegetables. The second novelty, Roast Chicken Style, continues the popular taste of roast chicken. Accordingly, paprika, curry, rosemary and chili should not be missing. This marinade is ideal for poultry and convenience foods.
Perfect results and easy application
Both varieties are pure oil marinades in which herbs and spices are distributed homogeneously. They ensure a shiny appearance and a fresh, appetizing appearance of the products, and they also keep the meat from leaking. As with all liquid seasonings, RAPS also dispenses with palm oil in the new Magic Marinades. The list of ingredients also does not show any additives, allergens or yeast extracts that require declaration. The ready-to-use marinades are available in practical 2,5 and 4,5 kg containers.

The new marinades invite you to experiment: Meat professionals and vegetable fans will find inspiration in the diverse recipe ideas on the RAPS recipe platform myRAzept. An example are the marinated chicken fingers on a skewer, which taste spicy like fried chicken. In connection with the classic pork neck steak, the playful, fresh apple-hibiscus marinade takes on the leading role.
